With a Post Graduation in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, I have the skills and knowledge to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex construction projects. I also hold a BE and a Diploma in Civil Engineering, and multiple certifications in Quantity Surveying and Tendering and Contract Management. As an Executive at K Raheja Corp, one of the leading real estate developers in India, I handled the execution of a G+19 commercial project with a total area of 8.30 lakh sqft. I managed multiple activities such as RCC, PT, Blockwork, Plaster, VDF, Waterproofing, etc., and supervised as well as coordinated multiple contractors and vendors. I also gained exposure to project charter drafting, site inspections, and DPR, DLR, DCR, JMR, and daily updates through my internships at Vardhan Consulting Engineers and DVNPL. My core competencies include project coordination, construction project management, and site inspections.
