I’m Vasantha Gullapalli. I’ve spent 25+ years in the trenches of Big Tech - from scaling WSJ.com to leading Amazon Health Services. As an Amazon Bar Raiser, I’ve seen hundreds of candidates and know exactly what separates a good leader from a great one. I’ve also stepped away to explore my interests in entrepreneurship, public service and politics.
