Hi, I’m Varun, a lawyer-turned-entrepreneur with a passion for building impactful businesses. Right out of college, I made the bold decision to leave the field of law and dive headfirst into entrepreneurship. Along the way, I’ve: - Raised grant funding from both Indian and international organizations. - Secured multiple rounds of funding, navigating every step from pitch deck preparation to due diligence rooms, definitive agreements, MIS, and investor relations. - Set up systems to run the operations of factories across multiple states, ensuring efficiency and scalability. - Consulted for startups, helping them expand into international markets. Currently, I’m building a SaaS platform designed to streamline operations for incubators and accelerators and also assisting businesses from tier 2 and 3 cities in designing and achieving their marketing goals.
