Varuna Chander is a postdoctoral researcher specializing in genomics and bioinformatics. She has 10+ years industry and academic experience in early-stage NGS product development and genomics technologies spanning from startups to big pharma in Boston and San Diego. Varuna Chander earned her PhD in Genetics and Genomics from the Human Genome Sequencing Center at Baylor College of Medicine, where she was awarded the NLM Biomedical Informatics and Data Science Fellowship for three years.
