Has also learnt to manage stakeholders. Gained hands on experience on visualization tool like Power BI, Qliksense. Working with multiple Businesses, responsible for Annual budgeting, Monthly forecasting, and financial controlling for Siemens Energy business in India. While working with Siemens, CF A, have gained insights about various Siemens businesses ranging from Financial services, Mobility, Healthcare and Building Technologies, in India, Australia, Europe and South East Asia. Have handled assignments such as Project Audits, Credit appraisal review, Procurement compliances and Due diligence and compliance review of business partners. During his tenure with AERS Practice of Deloitte, Varun gained experience in the field of statutory audit, accounting advisory and compliance reviews of various listed entities and unlisted high net worth companies with PAN India presence. Varun has majorly handled clients from industries, such as healthcare, banking and financial services, manufacturing, real estate and FMCG. He has gained insights about the business models, practical on ground challenges, and other peculiar aspects of healthcare and real estate sector, in addition to learning about the financial aspects, which distinguishes him from others on the dias. He has keen interest in writing, and has authored an article on CARO 2016 in "The Chartered Accountant" and two articles on IndAS for NIRC Journal of ICAI.
