About me
I am a BBA graduate (2020) from Madras Christian College. I am very enthusiastic about Data and its potential to tell amazing stories and uncover insights, and am currently working at Eli Lilly and Company, in the healthcare analytics industry since December 2021.
However, things never came easy to me. Being from a non-tech background, I had no one to guide me and provide clarity of the roadmap. I spent nearly 4 years, a lot of money and efforts into trying to land my first major opportunity. My applications were rejected, mainly because I was from a non-IT/Engineering background. I couldn't find many opportunities for a very long time. I didn't have an online presence and didn't know how to network with the domain experience. I felt stressed, uncertain, and anxious during that time.
But after all of that, I made it to the silicon valley of India - Bengaluru. However, seeing many others like myself struggling with the same challenges, since the start of 2023, I've been passionate about helping freshers and working professionals from non-tech backgrounds, like myself, successfully transition into Analytics without having to break the bank, by providing valuable guidance and information.
I've also started a Podcast "Starlight Podium", where I interview industry professionals to share their experiences about different job roles, opportunities in the field of data, preparation strategies, etc.
I'm intent to helping determined aspirants to overcome information lag and background barriers to break into their dream roles. Looking forward to connect
