Hey, I’m Varun. I'm the COO of Mantra Launchspace, a global venture-builder for startups. With hands-on experience in product management, venture building, startup acceleration, and marketing, I've had the pleasure of helping startups grow. I began my professional journey at Ozonetel, where I was introduced to various functions —Presales, Product Management, Customer Support, etc and handled responsibilities across different departments. Later, I worked at T-Hub, where I streamlined operations, managed platforms, and digitized processes. As the head of the Product Management Department, I optimized the overall performance of T-Hub through systems and custom workflows. I built and supported incubation programs, corporate innovation accelerators, investment readiness, and mentoring programs at T-Hub as a part of the core team. Then, I founded Digital Media District (DMD) and helped startups grow through performance marketing and product-aligned marketing funnels. In 2021, I discontinued the operations and transitioned to a consulting role. After DMD, I joined Launchspace as a Chief Innovation Officer and later built Mantra Launchspace, a global venture-builder that provides financial capital, human capital, and venture-building expertise to startups. We operate an accelerator program called the EU-India Innocenter which is funded by the EU government’s Horizon 2020 program to help European companies enter the Indian market. I've co-founded Xello Ventures, where we provide in-depth business consulting and advisory services to SMEs. I’m super interested in football (Manchester United), road trips, and wildlife.
