I enjoy building engineering teams and defining culture and processes that enable teams to grow and succeed in a repeatable and predictable manner. An entrepreneurial engineer at heart, I enjoy prototyping ideas and have co-founded online vertical of ed-tech startup Coding Blocks with an aim to bridge the gap between the industry requirements and the present structure of computer education in colleges and universities. I’ve significant experience in working with startups to explore innovative solutions to real-world problems; from socially driven consumer websites to enterprise business intelligence & analytics software.
