With an eagerness to develop and acquire new HR skills, I embarked on my career journey as a customer service executive where I cultivated the habit of going the extra mile to resolve every issue. As an avid learner, I value the art of observation and have grown tremendously from being an executive to a location trainer. Along my journey in the service industry, I have had the privilege of participating in APAC projects, where I honed my skills in providing exceptional service. Currently, I am responsible for overseeing all HR processes for an entire zone, from recruitment to exit interviews, throughout the entire employee life cycle. This includes budget finalization for workforce planning, analyzing attrition rates, measuring employee productivity, managing onboarding and induction, creating organizational policies, and developing content for learning and development programs. I am passionate about HR and continuously seek learning opportunities to broaden my knowledge and enhance my skills.
