About Hello! I’m Varad, and while titles and roles may vary, at my core, I am an engineer. To me, engineering isn't just a field of study; it's a philosophy. It’s about approaching problems—be they in machine learning, customer support, or even assembling a welding gun—with a comprehensive and analytical mindset. My Journey 🛤️ I completed my education in Electronics Engineering and immediately threw myself into the diverse startup landscape of India. Over the years, I've woven through the worlds of Health Tech, D2C SaaS, Fintech, Chatbots, and now, Travel Tech. Currently, at Atlys.com, I lead the B2B Lead Management Project, working closely with my boss to drive product development. What Drives Me 🌟 I have cleared the SSB for the National Defence Academy and the CPSS for becoming a fighter pilot in the Indian Air Force. These experiences instilled in me a sense of discipline and a knack for quick decision-making. I believe in efficiency to the extent that I consider myself 'efficiently lazy'; if there’s a faster way to do something without compromising on quality, you bet I’m on it. I despise long, unproductive meetings and aim for minimalism in my approach to both life and work. My Aspirations 🔮 I’m now at a juncture where I aim to give back by sharing the wealth of knowledge and experience I’ve accumulated. I am in the process of creating content to share my learnings, aiming to contribute to the collective wisdom of the industry. Long-term, my eyes are set on founding a deep tech startup, ideally straddling the intricate crossroads of Deep Tech and SaaS.
