Hi, I am Vanshika, a Business Consultant in Strategy & Growth team at Deloitte, and alumna of the Indian School of Business.

Why I'm here?
I did my post-grad from ISB, India's #1 and world's top 11 ranked business schools, and my undergrad from Shaheed Rajguru College, Delhi University.
For my cohort, 300+ companies recruited from ISB. At Rajguru, maybe 10 (I was part of the founding batch of BMS, a brand new course, a COVID year in an off-campus college.)
I applied for my first job entirely off-campus, with no brand name backing me. At ISB, I competed with nearly 800 accomplished candidates for a single shot at the interview. At every stage, getting the resume right and cracking the interviews was genuinely daunting.
When I look back, success at both institutes wasn't just hard work, it was the right people, who helped me understand what colleges and companies truly looked for and guided me through my resume and interview prep. I carry nothing but the deepest gratitude for them, and this page is my way of giving back.
