My expertise encompasses the treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and interpersonal difficulties. I adopt an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring the methods to meet the unique needs of each individual. I believe in creating a collaborative and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I am dedicated to providing inclusive and culturally competent care. I am fluent in English, Hindi, Telugu and Sindhi and have experience working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds across geographies. My mission is to empower individuals on their journey towards mental well-being, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, and contribute to creating communities that prioritize emotional wellness.
