In Covid Pandemic of 2020, amidst a revoked college offer and uncertainty, I embarked on a relentless pursuit of professional growth. After 8 months of persistent efforts, I secured my foothold at HCLTech, where I immersed myself in the intricacies of talent acquisition across tech and non-tech domains. Here, I honed my skills in recruitment strategy, process automation, and leadership, culminating in leading a team of 4: processors, sourcers & co-ordinators in just 6 months. Transitioning to Paytm, I deepened my expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition for pivotal roles in Product, Growth, and Design. Now, with over four years navigating the HR industry at dynamic global tech firms and startups, I bring a nuanced understanding of what drives successful recruitment outcomes. I thrive on the evolving challenges of recruitment, leveraging my insights to shape impactful strategies that resonate globally with an expertise in building and maintaining comprehensive strategies and provide education on market realities for my aligned space.
