After 8 months of persistent efforts, I secured my foothold at HCLTech, where I immersed myself in the intricacies of talent acquisition across tech and non-tech domains. Here, I honed my skills in recruitment strategy, process automation, and leadership, culminating in leading a team of 4: processors, sourcers & co-ordinators in just 6 months. Transitioning to Paytm, I deepened my expertise in end-to-end talent acquisition for pivotal roles in Product, Growth, and Design. Now, with over four years navigating the HR industry at dynamic global tech firms and startups, I bring a nuanced understanding of what drives successful recruitment outcomes.
