I spent 13+ years as a middleware software engineer, including time at Google and Amazon, working on large-scale systems and complex problems. At heart, I’m still a programmer—I enjoy building, thinking through systems, and solving problems. But over time, I realized that what I enjoy most is explaining ideas, simplifying complexity, and helping others grow. I’m now gradually transitioning toward teaching and the humanities. On Topmate, I help people: Think like engineers (not just write code) Understand how real-world systems work Make clearer, more grounded career decisions I’m especially interested in helping beginners and early-career engineers build strong foundations and confidence.
