I am an outcome-oriented Performance Manager with 10+ yrs of experience who is currently working in OYO's Revenue department to assist company in achieving sustainable business growth and a positive operating culture. I have a demonstrated ability to manage the day to day OTA/Revenue performance of the hotel's with OYO, training new recruits and vendor management. My qualifications and professional development have contributed to my ability to manage these diverse responsibilities, but I believe it is my interpersonal skills and open-door policy that have driven my success in fostering strong long-term workplace processes and relationships. In my current position I am responsible for driving the revenue, growth and development of both the company and the hotel's associated with OYO. I always aim to support and coach the team with positiveness to encourage engagement and shape the culture of the organization. A key skill I have acquired is the ability to successfully develop, implement and manage new Operation systems and procedures. I enjoy the challenge of finding new ways to improve the revenue and working with the wider teams to ensure a smooth and improved work flow.I have a proactive management style with the ability to drive significant change management activities.
