Valerie is a talent transformation and learning development leader. Her expertise lies in mapping current and future learning needs of the organization and setting up processes for learning at scale. At Mahindra, Valerie has collaborated across 10 sectors and successfully launched HMM Spark across 90,000 employees. At Tata Motors, she set-up their first eLearning curriculum for 6000+ dealership employees. Here, she also launched the first eSales App for Tata Motors channel partners and sales employees. Valerie has spent several years in instructional design and consulting for clients such as GE, Dell, Canon, Sony, Emirates, IKEA, Cathay Pacific, Flight Safety International and many others.
