I am THAT recruiter who really works with resumes, conducts interviews and knows what happens behind the scenes! ➤ For the past 15 years, I have been immersed in the realms of international HR, recruitment, and project management. ➤ During this time, my focus has been on sourcing, evaluating, and selecting top-tier talent for esteemed organizations such as Amazon, FlixBus, and various IT startups based in Silicon Valley. ➤ My residence has spanned across several countries, including Uzbekistan, Russia, France, Germany, Spain (Canary Islands), and Romania. ➤ Beyond my native Russian, I am proficient in English, French, and German, with a solid grasp of Spanish and Romanian. ➤ In addition to my professional endeavors, I curate content through an online blog hosted on YouTube. ➤ I am deeply involved in volunteer work, aiding refugees in Europe and guiding aspiring IT professionals in collaboration with esteemed organizations such as Epicode, Linguatrip, and ReDi School. ➤ Co-created the educational program JumpUp, tailored for aspiring IT recruiters in both European and American contexts. My motivation for establishing this platform stems from a desire to empower professionals in navigating and excelling in interviews with their desired international employers.
