Using data to gain insights about human behavior has fascinated me since I majored in psychology and went on to do my PhD in neuroscience. I founded a startup that bridged the gap between neuroscience and marketing, consulted multinational corporations on how to extract value from customer data and worked as a data scientist at a major dating app. Since then, utilizing data to improve products and positively impact the lives of their users has been the main objective of my work. With more than 15 years of experience spanning across a wide variety of industries, I currently lead a team of data analysts and engineers at the world's largest outdoor app.
