Before my MBA, I worked at Protiviti as a Consultant, where I had the opportunity to work across industries like hospitality, retail, and entertainment. My role involved solving business problems across internal audit, risk, and process optimization. One of my key learnings there was how structured thinking and stakeholder management can significantly improve business outcomes. During my MBA, I further explored strategy and marketing through Summer internship and live projects with organizations like Bajaj Finserv, Reliance Jio, ITC, ABG and Jubilant FoodWorks. I worked on initiatives ranging from reducing customer acquisition costs and improving conversion rates to identifying market expansion opportunities and enhancing customer experience through data analysis. Apart from academics and work, I’ve been deeply involved in leadership roles. As the Joint Principal Secretary at XLRI, I represented 400+ students, managed large-scale operations, and worked on initiatives focused on inclusivity and student welfare. This experience taught me a lot about navigating ambiguity, making balanced decisions, and leading with empathy. Overall, I see myself as someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working with people, and creating meaningful impact whether through business strategy or community initiatives.
