As an education Strategist I try to build practical sustainable education models from childhood to getting into the work force.“The big barn farm” is a part of that strategy where children understand how the eco-system works and emphasizes on experiential learning. As an educator at BNMIT, I device programs that prepare the students for the workforce. In my PhD research I aim to construct a theoretical and conceptual model for sustainability of Higher Education Institutions in India. My goal as an education strategist is to move towards a more sustainable and agile education management system. At Skill Bot we provide students with practical in-depth knowledge of the systems that make them job ready and perform better through workshops,internships,certifications and up skilling programs. Systematic thinking,creativity and an enterprising attitude give me the capacity to meet the challenges posed by the shifting landscapes of businesses today.
