Vaishnav Raj Andekar is a 24-year-old entrepreneur with a passion for startups and creating positive change. Vaishnav is a Karmvaveer Chakra Awardee (Youngest to recieve) by United Nations and iCongo along with their Global Fellowship 2024–25. Vaishnav is the founder of The Rotaract Club of Utkarsh, operating under Rotary International, where he has led 21 impactful projects worldwide, collaborating with NGOs and Rotaract clubs from over 20 countries, and positively impacting over 25,000 people within a year with no financial cost. Founded Utkarsh Solutions in his final year of graduation which primarily offers services like digital marketing, graphic designing, web & app development and talent consulting. Founded Z-Mob under StartupKart, a non-tech student community where he has trained over 6000 students and organized a significant event at T-Hub, the world’s Largest Innovation campus. Vaishnav has held leadership positions since a young age and has been associated with prominent brands like Ixora Group, WhistleDrive and StuMagz. He actively volunteers for national-level corporate conferences and international entities, identifying and resolving crucial business challenges with a positive outlook. Vaishnav has initiated Utkarsh podcast on spotify where we has recorded many insightful podcasts featuring the India’s well known leaders from various domains which has cumulatively got 3,00,000+ streams and audience from 8 different countries. Vaishnav has represented his college in various national and international bodies, including IOD, HYSEA, ISB, HMA, and Comic-con India where handled International Celebrity Guests including Aurther Suydam, Tyler boss, Mathew Roosenberg many other. He has worked on several government projects including Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology Govt. of India with well known bureaucrats and received appreciation from esteemed personalities in India. Moreover, he served as a Student Brand Ambassador, participating in panel discussions with the Former Chief Economic Adviser, Govt. of India, and organizing guest lectures with C-level executives from diverse business organizations. He has recently scored 770 out of 800 in GMAT which puts him in the top 1% test takers in the world. He aims to study from the world’s premier business schools to master his skills and knowledge in the field of Business Management. Apart from his professional achievements, Vaishnav is also passionate about dance, singing, and art. At the age of 17, he worked as a dance choreographer at a school and his talent got lauded by India’s famous dancer and judge Dharmesh sir.
