He is a Senior Program Manager at Amazon driving key customer experience programs for India Prime and WW Retail teams. Previously he was a Senior Manager at Swiggy, handling central operations strategy for Instamart and prior to that driving business strategy and growth for Swiggy Meats Marketplace. He was part of the CEO's Office at Blinkit, a leading quick commerce platform in India. Prior to that, he was a Management Consultant at Deloitte US-India in Strategy & Operations(S&O) domain helping organizations combine strategy and technology to unlock tech-driven business transformation & operations. He pursued his MBA, majoring in Strategy and Marketing, at IIM Lucknow. He was a core team member of the Placement Mentorship Cell at IIML and a Certified Scrum Master.
