Vaibhav is working as a Management Consulting Analyst at Accenture Strategy, Mumbai Office. He leverages his strong analytical thinking to provide value to clients' employees and their business as a whole. Born and brought up in Mumbai, he has pursued his MBA at MDI, Gurgaon. He interned with Reckitt and Nomura where he worked on various projects revolving around Diversity and Inclusion is Field Sales, Instructional Design for Global Talent Acquisition CoE, and Benefits Framework. Prior to his MBA, he graduated as an electronics and telecommunication engineer from Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute (VJTI) Mumbai, where he interned with Reliance and PwC India gaining experience in data science and consulting. Vaibhav has a knack of solving problems and bringing fresh ideas to the table and he believes in going for a run every morning. Recently he has picked up reading and yoga.
