How to plan career break

After working for almost 13 years in corporate, I have managed to take a career break for a few months, in order to move to a tier 2 city, enjoying the slowness, closeness to community, strengthening family bonds and see my new born girl grow up each day early in her life.

This break was not easy to take. I had to do a lot of planning. But this planning is not sudden, the path needs to be taken many years in advance.
