I started my professional journey 20 years ago and since then have played distinctive roles at various organizations. I mentored my first intern 13 years ago and have been part of many lives since then. I realized while working with so many people that I could repeat my process for the greater good. I don't come with an agenda, I come with a mindset to help and the topics are discovered during the conversations. I follow 6-week improvement cycles for 3 stages - learning-practicing-sharing-and-repeat. I would classify myself primarily as a coach and secondarily as a change catalyst and innovator.
