 I have pursued a bachelor of computer engineering and a Master of business management (IT systems)  I have around 20 years of hands-on experience in the Information Technology and Software Development industry.  I am keen to pursue a career in software quality assurance, business analytics, and software business management.  I have worked during various phases of Software Product Development and Test Life Cycle (i.e. Requirement gathering and analysis, test plan, test data, test case creation, test automation and execution, result analysis, issues tracking, verification, team management, mentoring, guiding, etc.).  I worked for technology, sales- marketing, customer care, workflow (BPMN), feedback analytics (VOC), and higher education as the business domains.  I have experienced various types of software testing approaches like manual (i.e. functional, integration, user interface, database testing, etc.); automation (i.e. Junit, Selenium, Java, Web Services (SOAPUI), Sikuli, etc.). I have got good exposure to Unix, databases, and SQL. I have a basic understanding of security and performance testing.  I am well versed in waterfall, incremental, agile (scrum), and hybrid software development and testing approaches.
