Hi, I’m Uzair Shafique a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer with a strong foundation in data analytics, AI, and real-world deployment. Coming from a Pharm.D background, I combine healthcare insight with engineering skills to build ML systems that go beyond notebooks, whether in healthcare or other real-world domains. I’ve learned that real impact comes from solving meaningful problems, not just adding tools to a resume. Over time, I’ve worked with messy, incomplete, and real-world data from healthcare and other domains. This taught me something simple but crucial building good models isn’t enough. What matters is whether those models are understandable, usable, and deliver real value.
