We worked on some projects with my seniors and got success. 1- For Reduce the Downtime by fix a sensor near Sliding Bar. 2- Reduce the Polybag Rejection by online Rework. 3- Reduce the Rejection by Giving OJT to manpower. 4- We maintain 6S at our shop floor and we got Awarded for this Achievement. 5- Gold Medalist in Process Optimization and Reducing Cycle Time. 6- SILVER Medalist in Mold Safety Training. 7- Appreciation Award for a Project for Display Cycle Time Board on Machine. 8- Appreciation Award for Life saving Safety projects. 9- FIRST position in SMED competition.
