I started my career with the Indian Political Action Committee (I-PAC), where I worked on grassroots research and election campaigns across different states. That experience sparked my interest in public systems and showed me how government action can create impact at scale. Since then, I’ve worked across policy and strategy roles—contributing to research on financial inclusion and women’s economic empowerment at The Quantum Hub, and supporting long-term strategy and organizational design at Vernalis Consulting. I’m currently part of GDi Partners, where I work on governance and public systems, especially around translating policy intent into on-ground delivery. I believe strongly that the best people in society should work on public problems. I’m interested in careers that combine purpose with scale, and I enjoy speaking with young people who are trying to figure out their paths—whether that’s in policy, consulting, or public service.
