# About Me I work at the intersection of public policy, international relations, youth development, social impact and strategic communications, with experience across research, policy projects, international programmes and youth-led initiatives. I currently work with the Centre for Public Policy at IIM Bangalore, contributing to projects focused on public policy, rural development, research, field engagement and institutional collaborations. Alongside my work at IIM Bangalore, I run multiple youth-led initiatives, including Shringara — The International Forum for Sustainable Futures, an interdisciplinary initiative exploring the relationship between policy, culture, identity, sustainability and society. Through Shringara, I develop conversations, collaborations and programmes that bring together young people, researchers, practitioners and institutions around issues that extend beyond traditional silos. I also run an international youth-led project focused on Global South cooperation, creating platforms for young people across countries to engage with questions of development, international affairs, policy and shared global challenges. This involves developing international programmes, coordinating cross-border participation, building partnerships and creating spaces for meaningful youth dialogue. My international engagement has also included being selected as a delegate for the World Youth Festival and being selected for the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR), experiences that have allowed me to engage with young leaders and perspectives from across different countries and regions. My research experience spans rural development, women's economic participation, data privacy, technology and the SDGs. My research on women's income autonomy in rural Maharashtra was presented at the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi, while my research on the individual costs of biometric technologies and data privacy was presented at an international economic conference. I have also received a Best Paper award at the Young Scholars Seminar.
