I’ve always believed that people are the real strength of any organisation. Over the years, working in HR has shown me just how important it is to build a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to do their best work. That belief is really what drives me every day. I’ve spent a little over 4 years working in Human Resources, and during this time, I’ve been fortunate to gain exposure to diverse environments, both locally and internationally. These experiences have helped me understand how HR practices work in different cultures and how strong people policies can truly shape an organisation. My work has given me hands-on experience in a variety of areas: HR operations, technical hiring, improving internal processes, managing talent pipelines, ensuring compliance, supporting employees, and helping teams perform better. I enjoy the blend of strategy and people interaction that HR brings, and I’m always looking for ways to make things smoother and more meaningful for both employees and the organisation.
