Career guidance with Usman Abasi

Got a question about interviews, career growth, or engineering? Let's talk.

In this call, I will address in detail any query you may have regarding your career, any obstacles you may be facing and help you gain clarity on further steps to take and decisions to make when it comes to your planning your career.

I'm an Engineering Team Lead at Wolt, leading a cross-functional team of 9 i.e backend, frontend, and design. I've spent 12+ years building production systems across adtech, logistics, and fintech, and I've been on both sides of the hiring table.

Come prepared — a specific question, a situation you're stuck on, or a decision you're weighing. Not just "I need advice." Vague asks get vague answers. The more context you bring, the more value you'll leave with.
