Mock Interview with Usman Abasi

Interviewing soon? Practise with someone who actually runs them.

In this call, I’ll interview you the way a real round works: same pressure, same follow-ups, no hints unless you’d get them in the room. You pick the round you’re preparing for: technical deep dive, system design, behavioural, or hiring manager.

The first 40 minutes are the interview. The last 20 are honest feedback: where you’d pass, where you’d lose the panel, and which answers to rework. You leave knowing whether I’d hire you, and why.

I’m an Engineering Team Lead at Wolt, leading a cross-functional team of 9. I’ve run 100+ interviews across Pakistan, the UAE and Germany, from small startups to companies the size of DoorDash, covering both deep technical and hiring manager rounds.

When you book, share the role you’re interviewing for and your CV. The closer the mock is to your real interview, the more useful the feedback. Better to fail here than on the day.
