Hi, I’m Urvashi a Senior Product Designer with over 8 years of experience, passionate about designing experiences that feel human, even when powered by AI. My path to design is unconventional. I started as a Gold Medalist in Fashion Design before making a deliberate switch into UX in 2019, which means I know firsthand what it takes to rebuild credibility in a completely new field. At Cvent, I lead a major 0→1 feature on the Supplier Network, shape UX strategy for AI-powered enterprise products, and build AI workflow agents to help my design team work smarter and faster. One thing I deeply believe is that everyone learns differently, and the pace and path that works for one person won’t work for another.
