Nirma University, 2020. No IIT tag, no master's, no referral. First job: Infocusp , where I was put on a project for Google X, Alphabet's moonshot factory, from day one and stayed on it for three years. Then Walmart Global Tech as a ML engineer on the risk team. Then StockGro, India's largest social investment platform, where I built Stoxo (my baby product), the AI assistant its users talk to. Now I run Walm Innovations, building AI products for manufacturing plants. I also hit my first crore at 27 due to my investments and that was the best habit and achievement i formed for life. I found the side doors into rooms people think are closed to tier 2 colleges, and I know what a hiring manager skims for in 40 seconds. It isn't your certificates. If you are looking to switch careers in data science, machine learning or anything AI , my doors are open. If you are a budding entrepreneur , i am very happy to brainstorm with you and share my journey. And by chance if you are a cat parent, there's a whole new conversation awaiting us.
