I am someone who values depth and passion towords their work in a facilitator and when I met Upasana, I knew I wanted to learn from her. It's been 2 weeks since our Kundalini Yoga session, I have been practicing since then, the first week was difficult, as if my body went through a reset and now I'm beginning to feel this renewd energy and strength in my body. Grateful to have found a practitioner who embodies her truth and facilitates from that space of authenticity and presence.
