This was truly a game-changer session for me, packed with insights! First of all, I liked how prepared Upamanyu was: he actually read about what are the main points that I want this call to be about and he had a plan ready for me before the call started, and he shared it with me. He helped me eliminate the main weakness that I had - getting blank when given a new machine coding question, by sharing his thought-process and the steps he follows when solving any machine coding question. Not just this, he actually discussed multiple real-world examples with me where we brainstormed about the solution, ensuring that I have actually understood the process. Also, he gave me clear insights on what to focus on in order to grow in my career as an engineer. He also stayed for extra time on the call and ensured all of my doubts are solved, instead of following a strict timer, and he was friendly throughout the call.
