I have been working as a Technical Delivery Manager at Tech Mahindra since July 2023, leading the hybrid onsite and offshore delivery of OSS/BSS projects for Deutsche Glasfaser, a German fiber network provider. With over 28 years of experience in the IT and telecom industry, I have successfully delivered multiple large-scale and complex projects, migrations, and transitions for global telecom operators, such as DTAC and Telenor. As a certified CP-MAT and SAFe Agilist, I possess strong skills in program and project management, customer relationship management, new business development, and vendor management. I excel in end-to-end project planning and implementation, encompassing scope, cost, quality, and risk management. I am adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders, including IT vendors, system integrators, and business consultants, to achieve desired outcomes.
