About me
Despite two decades of experience in the software industry working at companies like Oracle, Uber, Netskope and Intuit, I developed imposter syndrome.
My confidence was paper thin, and I was afraid of speaking in high-stakes situations representing my team’s work.
To overcome this, I took courses in public speaking and worked with coaches.
During my hero’s journey, I learned how to challenge my barrier thoughts and act in the presence of fear.
I realized, that to grow, I need to leave my comfort zone.
I’m now able to unleash my full potential and operate as a tech leader.
While I continue on this growth journey, I want to help others in the tech community.
I offer free 30-minute sessions on topmate.io to guide senior engineers and managers in their hero’s journey.
