I am armed with a demonstrated history of re-designing CRM/ERP Product Management and End-to-End Product Implementations in WAgile environments. Developed in-depth knowledge about the functional operations of US Healthcare: Utilization and Care Management, Appeals and Grievances practices in population health management. Hands-on experience with SQL and successfully handled large volume data migrations of legacy systems. I will never be out of time to research & talk about product ideation, design thinking, product strategy, market & competitor analysis, user experience, and the simplest ways to solve a problem.
