It was wonderful speaking with Uma. I spoke to him for career guidance and the direction I was taking in my career. Uma had come in prepared and listened to the doubts I had and also the dreams I had. He leveraged his own experience to share his thoughts but was not imposing his thoughts on me at any point. I found the conversation to be useful because (i) I left with some clear next steps in terms of the areas of work I should be focussing on (ii) I felt energized and a renewed sense of self-belief which one feels after speaking to a good coach.
