Hello. I come from the city of Lakes, Bhopal. I have always been drawn towards technology and have more than five years of experience working in the start-up industry. I try to find the root cause of problems with the help of modern frameworks and data decision tools. My interest area lies in Extracting value from data, Business optimization, Strategy, Operations, Business Development, and machine learning tools to solve interesting business problems. Post my graduation in electrical from RGPV, Bhopal. I had started my own Business (Apnalot) in the field of logistics. It was an integrated market place developed to smoothen the shipping process in the eCommerce industry. This helped me to understand the intricate details of the logistics business and I was able to cater to the on-field needs, thereby making it a more cost-effective and nimble process. Post this I moved on to ZipGo as an Operation Manager and was responsible to analyze the behavior of demands, improve B2B sales and improvise bus routes for attaining a cost-effective system. In 2016 I was hired by Rivigo as a Business Development and Operations Manager for their Freight program. I got an opportunity to climb up the ladder here when I was promoted as the Cluster Manager for Bhopal and then as Market Intelligence of the North Zone. Here I was involved in planning out the Go to market strategy for the business, which included solving problems related to the market place. All these years I have had a great learning experience which bolstered my confidence and gave me a perspective about the Logistics Industry. I am currently pursuing my MBA degree from IIM, Ahmadabad and I am keenly imbibing the knowledge and experience which the college has to offer. Apart from this I also started my own venture (agrigator.co) last month under guidance of CIIE, AgriGator is an easy & secure open technology platform for the Agri supply chain. I always envision to make this world a better place to live.
