In 30 minutes we look at your search as it runs today and find where it breaks. Usually it's one of four places: the roles you're aiming at, your resume, your LinkedIn, or how you apply and follow up.

What to bring:

- Your LinkedIn URL

- Two or three job posts you'd want an interview for, so we're working from real targets and not a wishlist

What you leave with:

- The one or two changes that will move your reply rate first, in order

- A target list for this week, by role and by country

- If you're applying in Europe from outside the EU, what to sort out before you hit apply
