As a product manager at Netcore Cloud, I am responsible for the journey 2.0 module and the WhatsApp integration into the full stack marketing services. I am helping Netcore become an Omnichannel experience provider, by including more and more channels into its service stack, such as Viber, Zalo, TikTok, multiple CRMs, and many more. I have a composite of five years of work experience, the last two years being in product management, after pursuing an international certification in product management from the Institute of Product Leadership, Bangalore. I have an MBA from BITS Pilani, where I studied finance, marketing, and data science. I also have a bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, and communications engineering technology from Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology. I have worked as a consultant at Capgemini Invent, where I curated an Ed-Tech platform for Boeing, and as an assistant manager at Surya Powerfarad Energies Ltd, where I managed solar power projects. I am passionate about disruptive technologies, such as 5G, IoT, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing, and their applications in telecom, logistics, and fintech. I look forward to applying myself in the fintech world as well, as I feel there is a lot of excitement and opportunities in this area, particularly for a growing economy like India.
