With an MBA in Marketing/Marketing Management from NMIMS and a B.Tech from SRM University, I have over nine years of experience in the Fintech industry, working with different players and segments across the value chain. I am passionate about creating affordable, convenient, and inclusive credit products that empower and support the retail sector. As the Head of Credit Risk at AgriAku, I lead the development and implementation of tech-based lending solutions for farmers and agribusinesses in Indonesia. Since November 2023, I have been responsible for the business, risk, operations, and collections of AgriAku Mitra financing. Before joining AgriAku, I worked with Ula, Flipkart Wholesale, Walmart India, Capital Float, and Suvidhaa.com, where I launched and scaled new lending use cases, drove user acquisition and retention, managed CX strategy, and partnered with third-party fintechs. I have developed strong skills in new business development, sales and marketing, analytics, and team management, as well as a deep understanding of the Fintech landscape, trends, and opportunities. My goal is to leverage my skills and experience to create innovative and impactful credit solutions that can transform the lives and livelihoods of millions of MSMEs in Indonesia and beyond.
