Twisha is currently transitioning between roles in corporate banking, having previously worked with Bank of Ireland. She moved to Ireland in 2022 after her undergrad to pursue a Master's in Finance. While in Smurfit, Twisha was the first Indian female to be part of the winning team at the CFA Research Challenge. She was also a founding member of the college's Finance Group, leading the Women in Finance initiative. Twisha joined Bank of Ireland on the graduate program and worked across four teams in the corporate banking division. She pioneered the first CXO Shadowing initiative, spending the day with Bank of Ireland Group CEO Myles O'Grady and getting featured in several internal newsletters. She is a regular alumna at Smurfit, having been invited to speak at different events.
