What I do: I handle Talent Acquisition at BiteSpeed, a Sequoia backed SaaS startup on a mission to help e-commerce brands with marketing automation via Whatsapp, FB Messenger & Instagram and drive about 20% more revenue. From the past 3+ years I've fostered my company's talent pipeline by sourcing and on boarding talent for various Tech and Non Tech roles.
