How the 45 minutes break down:

• 5 min: your target firm, interview timeline, and where you're struggling
• 25-30 min: 1-2 live cases calibrated to your level and target firm
• 10-15 min: structured debrief on what worked, what didn't, and what to drill before your interview

What I'll evaluate:

• Is your structure MECE and adapted to the problem, or a memorized framework forced onto it?
• Can you do mental math under pressure without stalling?
• Do you synthesise at the end or just summarise?
• How do you respond when I push back on your recommendation?
