Career guidance with Tushar Bhardwaj

**Feeling confused or stuck about your tech career? You’re not alone.**

This 1:1 session is designed to give you **clarity, direction, and actionable next steps** based on real industry experience — not generic advice.

I’ve gone through the same phase of confusion, rejections, and uncertainty before landing a **Microsoft internship** from a non-tier-1 college. I’ll help you avoid common mistakes and focus on what truly matters.

**In this session, we can cover:**

- _Choosing the right domain_ (Backend / Frontend / AI / DSA / Systems)

- _Internship & placement roadmap_ from a non-tier-1 college

- _Skill gaps_ you should focus on right now (and what to ignore)

- _Resume, projects, and profile direction_

- _Career doubts, confidence, and decision clarity_

**You’ll leave the session with:**

- A clear direction

- A realistic roadmap

- Immediate next steps to work on

_This is a practical, honest conversation — tailored to your current situation._
