If you are looking to transition into Data Engineering — whether you come from a non-tech background or an unrelated IT role — I would be happy to support you through that journey with structured, 1-on-1 mentorship.
Over the past two years, I have worked with 10+ professionals from non-technical backgrounds and helped them move into Data Engineering roles. They have joined teams at organizations like Kenvue, Optum, Cisco, IBM, PwC, EY, Accenture, Infosys, and others.
This is not a course. We work through everything together — from building your foundation to walking into interviews feeling genuinely prepared.
What most people struggle with
— Not knowing where to begin — Not having real projects to show — Not being able to explain their work confidently in interviews — A resume that does not reflect their actual potential
This program is built around solving all four.
What we work on together
1. Personalized learning roadmap We start from your current level and build a clear plan covering Python, SQL, and core Data Engineering concepts — at a pace that fits around your schedule.
2. End-to-end project building We build real projects together using Azure,Databricks, SQL, Python, and Pyspark. You will understand every decision you made — not just follow along with a tutorial.
3. How to explain your projects in interviews We go through your projects and work on how to explain your architecture, your decisions, and you're thinking clearly when an interviewer asks. This is where most candidates lose confidence — we fix that.
4. Resume building — done together We do not just give tips. We sit down and build your resume together, structuring it so your background reads as relevant experience, not a gap.
5. Mock interviews and answer coaching Dedicated mock sessions covering technical and HR rounds — with feedback on how to frame answers, handle tough questions, and come across as someone who truly knows their work.
6. Ongoing support throughout Access to guidance beyond scheduled sessions — until you feel fully ready.
How the program works
The program runs over 3 months. All sessions are on weekends — Saturday or Sunday — making this fully compatible with a full-time job or busy weekday schedule.
Each session is 1 focused hour. Between sessions you will have assignments and project work to complete, and I am reachable over WhatsApp through the week for doubts and quick feedback.
Who this is for
This program is open to learners in India, the USA, the UK, and the UAE. It is particularly well suited for working data professional, non-tech professionals, career switchers, and anyone who has tried self-studying but needs structured guidance and accountability to actually get to the finish line.
